I just paid 130,000 for a very nice house and 2x the land in Texas. California has always been a shithole.

Bought a house in 1999 for $139,000. Sold it in 2006 for $469,000 and left California to buy a house in Oregon. We are buying a $500,000 house in Cali. for $300,000 this week since we just sold ours for what we paid for it. Life is good. The timeing was just right.

Yea... we all need Fascists to tell us what to drive, what to eat, when to fart and who to marry. No thanks, pal. You first, I want my freedom.

Tell Al Gore to live in a cave along with Barbara Steisand before you force that B.ravo S.erria on me.

I laughed when that lady said, " I feel like my parents grave has been robbed this was an inheritance." It's more like they are turning in their grave because of your greed and stupidity. You paid 585k and put a big downpayment that you will never see again. You wasted it trying to double down on the dough. hahahahaha

Guess what they're doing right now in central california, they're bidding up again. Most of buyers are offering above the asking price again. They never learn. These idiots are going to get burned this time, hard. 40% of prime will be under the water by 2011 and currently we have 30 million unemployed people in the US and there will be more to come. What will happen to those unemployed people's homes? Foreclose?
