  • "Thank you! I love you too, by the way."

This scene, and especially that line and the emotion Hilarie showed while saying it, is really what I love about their relationship at this point. I really need Peyton to survive, but I also love where they're at now cuz it's not just cute love and happiness, or high school love triangles. It's real life.

  • she's scared. She's pregnant and has a condition called placenta previa that means she could start hemoriging during the pregnancy or delivery. and there's a chance she could die.

and i loved this episode i about cried at the beginning Peyton is awesome and Hilarie does a great job playing her.

  • This is the saddest scene ever!

  • this made me cry. its an awesome episode

  • I understand he's very serious about her not dying, but he's also very insensitive here and a prick.

  • she wouldnt die, LOL. Or bleed during delivery and she wouldnt have a normal delivery, they'd do a c section.

    OTH got it wrooooooooooong.

    Still adore these scenes though.

  • I loved how Lucas got like really serious about her not dying.....it should how much he cared......and it showed how hot he gets when he's mad!! lol jk but seriously

  • he wasn't yelling at her!

  • wow, lucas, harsh much? i felt so bad 4 peyton wen he wuz just yelling @ her :(

  • When I saw this episode I felt it like she was my mother, and that made me cry a lot. she does an amazing job in this scene.
