  • WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE JURY THAT SENTENCED TROY TO DEATH ?!?!?!

  • RIP MARK - JUSTICE

  • Rather than jump on some bandwagon, one should examine all available facts in this case. It is a bad sign for all life for issues such as this to be used as an excuse to vent one's social 'points of view'. Some of you people exhibit attitudes no better than those who HAVE murdered. But given the fact that Westerners are generally known for being loud talkers with little substance, you're more likely to curse and rant, than hear wisdom, UNTIL YOUR OWN FAMILY BECOMES A DAVIS OR MCPHAIL.

  • Dahmer was mentally ill. Davis killed Officer McPhail while smiling at him. Officer McPhail never even unholstered his weapon. Davis is evil.

  • I'm very confused right now. This man killed one person. Not saying that it's not bad or anything, it's horrible. But it makes me go back where Jeffrey Dahmer was years ago. He killed several people, ate them, and raped their corpses. He got a life sentence, and this man gets death? Makes no sense to me. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

  • Great news!

The Supreme Court denied Troys petition for a new trial. Justice will be served soon enough.

  • I find it puzzling a few weeks ago when the white gentleman that was put to death in Georgia, there was no public out cry or noise made about his case? Any fair and balanced suggestions that could be offered ?

  • On Tuesday, October 14, the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear Troy Davis' appeal for a court, any court, to hold a hearing on compelling evidence that he may be innocent.

  • Allow me to clarify...I do believe that God's prayers are heard...that doesn't mean that if we don't get what we ask for, that God isn't listening. Unfortunately, "mankind" has the ability to make decisions...and in this case, much of the State of Georgia's officials seem to be making extremely poor decisions. I hope that the members of the U.S. Supreme Court are guided by their faith and the determination to do what's "right."

  • No, that's not what I said...just because he's a minority doesn't mean he's innocent. In the same vein, however, just because he's a minority and the cop was white, doesn't mean he's guilty.
