Omega 3 is only beneficial IF you get too much omega 6. But why eat MORE fat to balance it out. The healthier solution is to eat LESS omega 6, less endangered animals, more fruit, more veg, win, win, win.

@HanspRetty This information comes through my own experiences and contining education that veterinarians are mandated to do. Some fo the stories come from VNN (Veterinary News Network) which I am a reporter for. Some of it comes from literature in our professional journals. II just need to pay attention, collect the info, and present it.
