I am surprised that this is (apparently) the first video of this piece on YT. Phyllis Tate was born in 1911, and died in 1987. Her complete biography may be found here:

"Seascape" was published by Oxford University Press in 1976, in an anthology titled "Easy Modern Guitar Music". It's a short piece, about 2 1/4 minutes long. Within this brief time, she includes:
Introduction with foghorn;
Sea Shanty;
Tidal Interlude;
Foghorn;
Shanty reprise;
Horizon
It's a reasonably easy piece to play (in keeping with the spirit of the anthology), yet sounds much more complex than it is. I made a couple of editorial amendments to the piece, but you need to follow the score to see where (I'm not telling!)
It could also easily be subtitled "Homage to King Triton[e]".
TECH DATA: Recorded on a 2011 Robert England classical guitar, using a Flip Ultra HD camcorder. The sound is directly from the camcorder mic, no additional effects or enhancements were used.
@sofie1145: It is an enjoyable piece for sure. It seems perhaps you and I are the only ones who remember this book. ~David

It has it all! The distant sound from a fog horn, a possible slow shanty and a vision of a sail- wooden ship emerging very slowly out of the fog on the calm sea! Thank you for sharing this "Seascape"!!
