ZX Spectrum Rommel's Revenge 48K Game

Another adaptation of the Atari coin op Battlezone for the ZX Spectrum, by Design Design Software in 1983.

A faster version than the game from Artic. No sound but has a volcano like the original game. Great apart from the explosions.

Battlezone was a classic coin op of its day and was revisited in 1998 :-

I once never thought I would say this about any game but the dragon version actually plays nicer.

I always fancied getting this back in the day as I loved Battlezone at the 'amusements'. I saw it in magazine ads, but never in the shops unfortunately :(. Great ambient music.
