@hotrod4you2 Just for the RECORD, the PRESIDENT CANNOT PASS any budget. The BUDGET has to BE PASSED BY CONGRESS AND THE SENATE and then the PRESIDENT can either sign it or veto it. BEFORE said BUDGET is PASSED it HAS TO BE VOTED ON. Since Republicans in Congress are in CHARGE of putting said budget UP for a vote or NOT, it cannot be PASSED at ALL. The SENATE, led by Harry Reid, CANNOT WRITE the budget, veto the budget, ammend or PASS a budget UNTIL it is passed in the HOUSE.
