My Asus 1015PEM runs 720p movies with no problem. I don't used to play games on it, but I already tested some PS1 games (with ePSXe emulator), Call of Duty 1 and 2 and Half Life 2 and it ran all of them smoothly! My 1015PEM has Windows 7 Pro x64 (with Aero enabled) and Ubuntu 11.10 x86-64 with Gnome 3 Shell installed and booth runs smoothly :) .

@xBl00dBrothersX 720p local video. Not streaming. Ion gfx get a 3d mark rating of ~3800. This one gets ~300

@mrapter7 what are you talking about? I can watch 720p hd videos with no problem. I got my netbook,upgrade the ram to 2gb, installed win 7 ultimate 32-bit, and everything works well. I'm a bit disappointed though I still don't understand how to make it run on 64-bit... My other laptop has 3gbs ram and it runs win 7 ultimate 64-bit well. This netbook's processor "intel atom N550" reports it can run 64-bit but I still don't know how to install 64-bit... on this netbook.....
