  • today suck because my coach made me give 100 pitches 25 two seam fastballs 25 curve balls 25 change ups and 25 splitters

  • Not a good way to learn; breaking up the movement into different phases might correct a single flaw, once, but in the end you are trying to force yourself to make a move.

    Action reaction. Here, it simply means that when you start wrong, you end wrong. So, when pushing foward, seek for what makes a MLB pitcher good. Legs, hip turn and back muscles. This first transfer from bottom to your shoulder is the most important. Read next.

  • The idea is to make movement, bend the knee, pitch your wirst higher, kick, etc. Whatever suits you to make your do what it has to.
