Cooking with Chef Gordon: Episode 2: Poultry Cuts

Indian Hills Community College is pleased to present "Cooking with Chef Gordon," a monthly video podcast featuring Chef Gordon Rader, Program Director and Lead Culinary Instructor for our Culinary Arts program.
