Come along with Nick Vavas as he explores 8 Catholic Churches within the Diocese of Brooklyn and Queens. In this episode Nick will travel to Holy Innocents Parish, Flatbush, BK.
Hi Nick, Thank You for this wonderful showcase of Holy Innocents. My parents John and Catherine Collins were married at Holy Innocents and three of therir children were baptized there as well. I, my sister and brother attended the school in the early 60's when Father Foley was the Pastor. It was always a magnificent church, and this brought back many memories. Patricia Collins Briasco
Thanks so much for this great video! I attended Holy Innocents School in the
60's and served as an altar boy for many years. The church was such an integral part of my childhood; but as the years passed I forgot how important it was to me. By sharing this film you have brought back so many memories that have been long buried and practically forgotten.
I no longer live in NY, but through this video you've given me the opportunity to re-live a huge part of my past. Thanks!!
