Alison's bikini body on the eve of a 30 day 'no fat' trial. For the month of March 2009 Alison followed the 80/10/10 raw vegan diet plan with a slight twist. She did not eat any overt fats whatsoever, to achieve a caloronutrient ratio of roughly 90% carbohydrates, 5% fat and 5% protein.
