@oklahomma Yeah, and the talented come to the USA.. Thanks to Venezuelan talent, the LA Phil has the best conductor in the country. He has turned the LA Phil into the best orchestra in the country, and he may soon turn it into the best in the world. It would be sad if we invaded Venezuela for its oil as we did with Libya.

A return to the origins of the so-called "Classical" music? This sort of things were quite common back in 1800, there are references of classical composers acting in similar ways. I think this gives an injection of life to the overall classical concert scene.
