On Dec. 20, 2012 the Coalition to Ban Alcohol Ads on Public Property testified during the Los Angeles City Council Public Comment period asking for an investigation into a possible conflict of interest. The family of the Chair of the Public Safety Committee, Mitchell Englander, receives money from alcohol ads on L.A. public property.
