This is a video with a question about organic vs non-organinc to the incredible Liferegenarator :). Is non-organic raw food worth eating? I'm a yoga teacher (and always a student) from Tallinn, Estonia and I'm experimenting with raw foods. In my channel I share my experiences on raw food, yoga and life with my wife and son.

  • The only difference between raw food and organic food is that organic food doesn't have pestizides and chemicals.

    So the nutrient, vitamin and mineral content is the same.

    Do you have a garden?

    Why don't you grow food yourself?

    Than you have organic food.

    It's not that bad to eat non organic food.

    But you got to get rid of the pestizides, etc.

    What you could do to get rid of these is to take superfoods like spirulina or chlorella, etc.

    These will remove the pestizides out of your body

    As far as the organic produce goes, i will give my 2 cents. So far as i can tell the only difference is the pesticides used to keep bugs at bay. Non organic produce is sprayed which means the produce absorbs the pesticides and so do you when you eat it. With organic you are not trying to eliminate the pesticides. Also there is the question of care in growing the food with organic.

  • @jockestonia when eating organic plant-food try to eat it as soon as possible after it's been picked since when it gets picked a timer starts for how many nutrients n life-energy it will lose whilst it's off the root that sustains it n give it it's energy n nutrients it won't lose all of it just some of it but it's of course more beneficial to eat all of the nutrients n energy it has or as much of it as u can get after u picked it.

    Just eat what you can get your hands on and try not to stress about eating non organic. Its all about eating food which is nutrient and mineral dense and alive and unaltered as possible. our bodies are batteries which need topping up and we do that from the power of the sun. Fresh fruit and vegetables absorbs the sun's power and act as a delivery method to us. Any other ingredient which doesn't help with absorption is just hindering the flow of energy through the body.

    One would assume that with organic produce the mineral value of the soil is higher than non organic, meaning you absorb more minerals. I don't know if pesticides chemically alter the properties of the produce either so its always best to eat organic if possible to get the food the way it was intended.

    That being said, non organic produce is still real, whole food which will be more beneficial than an altered product sold in a box or can.
