This audio is based on the Brecht version and the Darin parts have been inserted to replace some of them, where they meet the Marc Blitzstein translation.

However, where the Brecht version has unique parts not used in the Darin version, these have been kept & vice versa for the Darin version.

Therefore the story line of the Brecht version has been kept intact as near as possible and to the original length.
