Some kids collected stamps, some collect comic books... I collected old & rare DJ sets from the late 80s to early 90s!! I was too young for acid house parties and grew up on the rave explosion in the the 90s but wasn't old enough to attend the legendary Fantazias and Obsessions etc. In Manchester I was a regular at the Hacienda in Manchester in 1996-97 but this was long past it's heyday. I'd give anything to have been there in '88!

Anyway,I found loads of old stuff like this so thought I would upload them for others to enjoy and/or reminisce! It's also a good way of listening to how the rave scene developed musically through the 1990's and into the 21st century I guess. I didn't realize there was such a demand for them and it's great to come back to Youtube and see so many views!

Quality this VanJones thanks man, lost all my old tapes when got burgled some years back. 1990 to 1994 were the best years of my life, me & my mates every weekend touring the country & great to have the tunes to go with the memories.

Yeah remember it mate. Would have to disagree though mate. Pandamonium was best club and had v.good 1 offs andromeda too. Also if you were into happy hardcore in later years Diehard couldn't be topped !
