See Mr Excel and excelisfun use two methods to shows PivotTable Grand Totals to the left of the PivotTable (Since there is no way to do it within the PivotTable, see two formulas that can do it using LOOKUP and GETPIVOTDATA functions. Also see the IF and ISBLANK functions.
