Today's Vlog is all about recognizing your triggers:
what are you eating for???? For an emotional void, stress, boredom, lack of control, TEll it here, I want to know, so we can move on with video 2 to help you overcome those problems and help you overcome them. Watch to know how to participate.
This is a common problem weather you are watching what you eat and working out or not, most of the world eats because it brings you back to childhood when it make you feel nurtured to get that bottle as a crying baby, it is our nature to eat to feel comforted, but its mostly overdone! Lets be in this together to try and overcomes these obstacles.

  • When I'm depressed or stressed out which I haven't been in awhile, thank goodness! :^)

    If I get depressed or stressed out now, I will eat healthy food which I keep in my home. The old me would eat and drink anything available and would care because it made me feel good for the moment.

  • I find myself eating unhealthy when I'm busy or stressed, tired, the next day I feel guilty :(
