Chapter 24- Wake Up Call

Sarahs POV

Later that night Maya came round which was even more fun. We all sat up until 11pm just watching sports, it was crazy! Then we talked for like an hour about really random stuff before mom came and called me back home and Maya had to go too. That girl is too much fun, really hyper too. So I went back home and talked a bit with mom and dad, yes at midnight. They were watching some horror movie together which was rather scary. I decided to leave the lovers in peace and go to sleep. I ran up the stairs and put on my Jimjams before brushing my teeth and combing my hair up. I grabbed my iPod from my desk and chucked it onto my bed. Almost every night I would listen to my iPod before I went to bed, it was kind of a habit I got into. I went up to my window to shut the blinds when I saw Joe goofing around in his room whilst Kevin was trying to sleep. Haha, he was bouncing off walls even at 12:20 in the morning! That was Joe for ya! He noticed me looking at him so he came to the window and opened it.
"Heeeeey!" he sang. He was crazy.
"Go to sleep Danger!" I said
"Noooo Dino, I wanna pwayy!" he said in his child voice.
"Good night to you too amigos," I replied whilst shutting my window.
"Noooooo!" I heard him say faintly through the glassah that guy. I closed the blinds and jumped into bed, plugging the headphones and grabbing the bible on my dresser, letting the music soothe me.

Beep Beep Beep, Ergh, the infamous alarm. Why couldnt my alarm go
There she goes, there she goes again no I cant do that, It just had go beep beep beep. Anyways I reluctantly got out of bed, the consolation that Amy was coming round to sleepover that day wouldve kept me going. Its true, Monday is THE hardest day of the week, next is Tuesday. I made my bed quickly and went over to my window to open the blinds. Guess who I saw? Yes mister monkey Danger, but he was just lying on his bed. Hmm Oh Kevin had gone early to school because of early morning classes he has every Monday, plus the fact he was in high school. I quickly dashed into my bathroom and grabbed my toothbrush and paste, popping it in my mouth. 2 minutes later, I was done with brushing. I came to my room to grab my towel see what Joe was up to, he was still lying on his bed. Hmm...was he lying or sleeping?

After I had a shower, Joe was STILL sleeping, lazy muffin. I put on a t-shirt and some skinnys and made my way downstairs to hastily put on my converses.
"Hey arent you going to have any breakfast?" asked Dad
"Urm, Ill have it at school, Love you bye!" I spoke, giving dad a peck on the check and running out the house, maaan Joes gunna be late AGAIN and get told off AGAIN and get a detention AGAIN. Gah this boy! I knocked on the door and Nick answered.
"Kiddo, you bro aint up yet, hes gunna be laaate!" I said to Nick nudging past him, running up the stairs.
"I gave up, hes not budging. Mom and Dad tried before they left to drop Kevin but he still hasnt woken up!" said Nick, following me up the stairs, poor kid, well at least hes home schooled. He Is very lucky in that matter. Frankie was at nursery.

I stormed into Joes room.
"WAKE UP!" I screamed in the top of my voice. No response. I pulled the duvet and pushed him.
"WAAAAAKE UP!" I shouted again, so loudly that Nick covered his ear.
"Oww," I heard Nick mumbled as he went downstairs to finish his breakfast. Well desperate times call for desperate measures. I went into their bathroom and filled a jug full of ice cold water. I stormed back into Joes room and I guess you know what happened next
"AHHHHHHHH.."

He got what he deserved! Haha poor Joe!
