Mouthwash is used by simply holding the liquid in the mouth and swishing it around before spitting it out. Use mouthwashes for 10 to 15 seconds for a sufficient effect with help from a dentist in this free video on oral health and caring for the mouth.
I have a few questions about mouth wash that I've been wondering about for ever, if you don't mind answering them.
Do you rinse your mouth out after using mouthwash? (There is this blue stuff in my mouth that seems a bit gross . . . )
I use mouthwash before brushing. Do I use toothpaste when brushing, and do I rinse afterward? Is it better to floss before or after brushing? Thanks!!
