I was listening to a podcast by one of our product directors about the importance of events occuring in the news creating business opportuniy and/or a threat. I certainly agree and using the tools myself has been very effective in my sales cycles. I however, and it could be my territory I also rely on blogs for monitoring events for my customers and prospects. Lucky for me SalesWorks easily provides an ability to create RSS Alerts which i plug right into my RSS reader(Bloglines).
