panoramic view of Florence from Oltrarno

This is a different view of Florence from above - most tall buildings are in the centro so you see views from the Duomo or Orsanmichele, but this is filmed from the top of the Torrino, the astrological observatory at the Museo La Specola. This terrace is closed to the public for safety reasons but at the level below there's an inside space with windows where you can see just as much. We're right next to the Boboli Gardens so we're peeking in there and can hear the birds! At the end of the video you can even see the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, and the Church of Santo Spirito (the top of the facade) which is really cool!
