Not racist on any level, he wasn't even saying black people's hands look like guns, it was an ironic comment about the mindset of the police officer, not Louis CK's actual opinion.

Everybody just relax and lighten up about racist, black people call us crackers and make fun of us for being white and we make fun of them for eating chicken and being black. I'd say it's a pretty good love/hate relationship.
