Melons come in so many shapes, sizes, flavors and textures it's sometimes hard to know which to choose. This video gives an overview of many types of melons such as Casaba, Canary, Galia Sharlyn, Santa Claus, Sprite, Korean Melon, orange flesh honeydew and crenshaw.

  • The Santa melon is the single tastiest melon Ive ever eaten. Its a flavour is what a honeydew wishes it was.

  • my favorite melons are 2 huge bouncy ones that are as soft as pillows mmmmm soft melons

  • how are the santa claus melon stored until winter?? please let me know!! thanks 10 thumbs up!!

  • I just got a Canary Melon. It's good. The flavor is a cross between a Honeydew and Cantelope. Sweet like the Honeydew, but not as complex as a Cantelope... but more complex than Honeydew.

  • Ah, more people should watch this! When I eat a melon with my friends we're always wondering what melon we're eating. Thanks a lot for this video, it helped a lot.

I still can't really tell the difference between a honedew melon (not the orange flesh kind) and a galia melon though ;(
