I just got a Canary Melon. It's good. The flavor is a cross between a Honeydew and Cantelope. Sweet like the Honeydew, but not as complex as a Cantelope... but more complex than Honeydew.

Ah, more people should watch this! When I eat a melon with my friends we're always wondering what melon we're eating. Thanks a lot for this video, it helped a lot.

I still can't really tell the difference between a honedew melon (not the orange flesh kind) and a galia melon though ;(
