This record at least 90 and recording is 93 years old
After doing a little internet research I found that this record is the first released 10 inch record released by Victor of The Joseph C Smith Orchestra. Its an early recording and adaptation of bluesy song and some of the first to be recorded. The Smith orchestra ushered in the new sound of dancing orchestras. The music of which was formally provided by military bands. Smith seems to have tweaked that standard solon orchestra with heavy strings, light brass and drums. The composer of Money Blues was Hugo Frey who was also the orchestras piano player and arranger. So before long the Joseph Smith orchestra sound would the standard for youthful dancing music for the next five years.
