I know and I understand what you said, but if I had a choice I would rather see the Time over Prince. Prince to me is extremely overrated, the only thing his fans can seem to say is that, "yeah he wrote songs and did all the instrumentation". That doesn't impress me because other artist have done the same thing we more appealing results.

@1980Triumph Prince wrote their songs. It was one of the side projects he created early on in his career, such as Vanity 6, Shiela E., and Apallonia 6.The first two Time albums were written and performed solely by Prince (with the exception of the lead vocals by Morris Day).

The Time is 10x better than Prince, they may not of had all the hits, but as an overall package, they are better, just don't get the appeal of Prince

This was r&b and they didn't have to sell out or down play the music but the so call r&b of today do and they always have to get some damn Rapper to help they get the song over.
