Whoops. He would never kill himself over a fucking drug addict killing himself because of him. And why would this fucker go to jail for something he didn't do. Wouldn't the lawyers and cops investigate the meth lab and realize that this guy had nothing to do with the lab. @dsdon175 To a degree you are right that "it won't ever be real life" - To a degree, there has to be some plausibility that human audiences can connect to.
I do not believe that the idea that the city will not identify the dead Batman is a dealbreaker, since Batman is supposed to be a "larger than life" figure in the context of a comic book universe
