Just bought mine!!! I was so excited. Except it will not charge. I haven't even used it. Called customer support, but was put on hold forever (were they responding to block rocker questions) emailed customer support, but they may have already gone home. :( Something tells me.....this isn't as great as I thought.

This block rocker only has 24 watts of sound at the peak level??
(this is from their website specs - ionaudio dot com)
I have a cheap Sony stereo with over 500 watts of sound, it knocks it out!
I think the block rocker is a great idea, but WHEREs the power???

This one is cool. I have experienced it in person. Very good. :)

@pipesmokerable Oh yeah - This thing is perfect for going outside with. It is more powerful, has wheels, IPOD hookup, 12 hours battery life, and comes with the microphone and stuff for the kids to play around with, or for you to make announcements for weddings and/or parties. We take it everywhere we go now, haha!

Hi Ryan. Just wanted to give an update: bought one about a month ago and have used it for about 5 hours at a time, three times a week. The battery life blew me away: *easily* 12 hours aggregate. The sound clarity is good on the line inputs, acceptable on the RCA input - lossy by nature. Pushed my output aggregate sound (XLR wireless mic, XLR Vestax VCM-100, line input mic, and line input sampler) thru' a Soundcraft passive mixer, and hooked up a 50' 1/4inch-to1/4inch cable: absolutely no issues.

@sixhats AWESOME! Thank you for writing that! It is good for people to see that this thing really is great!

Ryan,
Have you noticed any output power variance/drop if you have all three inputs used? For example, as a dance instructor, I can see plugging in three wireless mic systems: 2 for teacher & assistant, and the other mobile transmitter handles my iPod on a hip-pack (no running to the iPod for pause!).
Could you let us know what the variances might be, or any distortions?

@sixhats During the 4th of July party, we had 2 microphones going with the ipod. No volume variance at all. We had it plugged in to the wall at the time... But my daughter is always cranking it up and playing with it on it's battery too.
