I have the utmost respect for Kieth after watching him make it through the coverage of the death of his colleague. I watched this yesterday and thought he was going to break down at any moment. Russert was one of the greatest if not the greatest in American Journalism.

If Peggy Noonan and Kieth Olbermann - as far apart on the political spectrum as you can get and still be considered legally sane - mutually respected him as a friend, colleague and reality check to that degree - well, all I can say is that we should all wish to be that respected.
