It is difficult to go in a public restroom and exit germ free. Paper towels can help but many restrooms just have a hot air blower. Faucets, door handles can present problems. It still frustrates and amazes me when a guy will walks in a public restroom, urninates, and leaves without washing his hands.

Yeah! I just heard a study- though there are so many you never know which ones to beleive- that says that simple washing with hot water and basic soap will do just as good of a job as the anti-bacterial hand sanitizers! But like many things that are markted to us, "anti-bacterial" sounds good.

I totally agree that just regular basic washing is what's important- especially for anyone who makes food for other people, whether in a restauant or at home!
