@Malsrocko Pronouns don't exist in japanese. "Anata" = "you, your...", "wa" shows what the sentence is about, "watashi" = "me, I, my..." and "no" shows the possession. Literally, it means "It's about you and my Pocky" = "Our Pocky!". Usually, they cancel a lot of words. But here, I guess it was nicer for the song.
