  • Did anyone learn anything? i Know i didn't

  • Why is he talking about the 100m, 200m, 400m, and blocks? Nobody uses blocks in an 800m race! This was a horrible rambling video!

  • HORRIBLE video -doesn't even talk about the 800m at all practically and rambles all over the place about other events too.

  • @Cursor102 Soo true lmao!

  • That video sucked big time... "In the 200 you have to be patient, remeber you rune the 200 not the 100" has someone ever forgot that it was a 200m they raced and not the 100m??

Nothing to do with the 800m....

  • wat?

  • baggy shirt and pants

    what shoes are you wearing?

starting all drooped over like that and keeping your head down for the first 50 meters.

I dont think this guys knows jack crap about RUNNING in general

here's a quote for you: "you have to know how to RUN first before you try to TEACH other people how to do it 'sussesfully' "

try doing sets of sub minute quarters with 2 min, 90 seconds, 60 seconds, 30 seconds( try to keep sub 1:05) rest between intervals. 400m rest between sets. 2 should do it.

  • No he's not. He says "In 100 metres you have to know how to set up your blocks". He then says: "You have to know how not to false start"!

This dude doesn't know jack shit about 800 metres.
