I thought bailing out the corporations who had been greedy at the cost of the taxpayer was "punishing the country." This guy's not getting re-elected, if he doesn't understand that calls were coming in 10-1 against the bailout. Voting no on a bill that the nation with overwhelming clarity did not support is not a punishment; its a celebration after 7 years of depression and angst. Screw Mr. Franks for his idiotic remarks...
