@shulsey84 We see the truck in the opening sequence as belonging to the killer, but the two girls arrive together in the car. Then the truck is use to move the one girl by the killer and they find blood on the roof because the killer uses it. Then the killer pulls a concrete saw out of it implying that she/he knew it was there. The truck belongs to the killer but could not have been driven down there.

Because she, as herself, takes the concrete saw out of the truck. If that scene isnt reality then the director did a poor job of defining what scenes are real. That should be clear to us by the end of the movie.

So where did the killer truck come from? It is obviously real because it appears in the reality parts and the imagined parts. I get what youre saying its just that I dont think it was well done.
