The Marketts - Avenger theme 1966

This is excellent. Got this a while back via DL because it is so difficlut to find Avengers themes on anything.
Although i didn't notice it was released by the marketts and never heard of em till now,lol. Thought i would put this up, for everyone to enjoy. I love the Marketts sound, but i dont think it was used as part of the Avengers themes???

@Pauluk33 Hi, I just found this page. Didn't know this song was on here. Only took me two years to find it. Do you still run a radio show? As a 20-ish yearl old American, I was born too late to have seen them air this on non-subscription TV (regular TV). But after watching some episodes on YouTube, it has EASILY become one of my favorite TV shows of all time. And this theme... there is absolutely nothing like it on the air now..... except for maybe the slightly updated/slightly butchered. Hawaii 5-0 theme (2010).

MANY thanks for posting this, Paul! I've never heard of the Marketts either, before now. Though this isn't the version used on the TV show, it's a DYNAMITE rendition of one of my all time favorite TV theme songs...I fondly recall watching the show as a kid in the 60's...even then I knew Diana Rigg was one of the hottest babes on TV..and an intelligent actress to boot! :)
