  • @akbarblanchet Maybe a thought happens so quickly, in response to an event, a knee-jerk reaction which is the 'anticipation of next time'. But then the bodily sensations are much easier to focus on.

  • This is a very important topic and especially talking about the feeling of the fear energy, the root of it. I would like to respond with a video if that's alright?

  • And man... ain't nuthin wrong with the Internet. Some people misuse it, just like some people misuse mind-altering chemicals. Some humans like to blame their life problems on external circumstances. The Internet, when used appropriately, is a HUGE valuable source of information and education and interesting things and people. But, it shouldn't replace one's social life, I agree.

  • I agree that Fear is a huge thing, but it won't be easy to get rid of because ultimately it's an effective form of human control. We use it to motivate our children to do their homework and chores (to the degree they need to in order to avoid punishment), and society uses it to breed good employees, as well. In fact, the Governments are often the ones that have the most fear-mongering habits... But at an individual level, the personal addressing of fear is huge, I agree.

  • liefde en waarheid als essentie, in de materie.

artha- matra betekend essentie materie in sanskriet.

  • this was very well said =)

although i do believe that fear simply comes from death. i am not only talking about physical death, but rather the death of confidence, comfort, or security in several different aspects of our lives. relationships, finances, education, health. I think all fear comes from anticipation only, because while the thing you are afraid of is in the process of happening or is already over, there is no fear apart from the anticipation of the next time. No anticipation = no fear
