Lee Marvin was one baaad azzz dude...

I love this movie! Could anyone post the scene with Lee Marvin and his partners driving up to the ranch, preparing for the coming shootout?
-
@megagalee Some of his '80s scores were interesting, such as Sudden Impact and The Dead Pool. He had obviously moved with the times.

@finnhere2 Believe me, you'll love this. Takes some time getting used to and has one or two shocking moments, but it is a great actioner with a sense of humour. Even in this one, Marvin gives choice one-liners, but also does his usual thing of kicking butt. :)

Anyone know any other films like this?

@palotin07 Similar sorts of '70s action movies are Vigilante Force which has a massive shootout at the end with Jan Michael Vincent and his good guys taking on Kris Kristofferson and his gang. Another fine Lee Marvin action movie is Shout At The Devil where he mows down loads of bad soldiers and there is also Across 110th Street which ends with a shootout between a crook with a machine gun and the NYC police. There's also The Getaway (Steve McQueen).

A classic "They don't make 'em like they used to" type of thriller movie! Great clip, Banner!

@CesMan83 Cheers, CesMan83. The showdown at the end is something worth writing about. Gene Hackman and Greg Walcott were excellent as two really sleazy bad guys who got their just desserts from old Marv. 8)
