@tartaelena No one technically won... this fight was left unfinished as Jin actually wasn't evil and never wanted to hurt any of them. Lars isn't the new protagonist, it's always been Jin, and as far as the devs go, he always will. Look at the video... at the end of the day, Jin saved the day.

@Meckastar I see your point. But I think every characters in tekken also have interesting stories. I'll give you that most are considered as side story but even so there are pretty good ones. And I don't think it's riding..well his weenie but, in the end I guess you get this impression because his end cinematic was always the accurate one. It seems to me that T is riding around the mishima bloodline, not only Jin and that since T1. Finally I prefer it being Jin's rotten world than Lars'ideal.

@IamSoSimpleminded Well there's 40 chars, no need to ride one dick. Street fighter's game mechanics are nothing compared to Tekken but even though everyone uses Ryu, the story isn't mainly focused on him yet he's a never lose char. Look at Mk? It's not based on 1 main character, everyone wins and loses, everyone has their own little rivalries and background stories but there never is a champion and when there is one (Liu Kang) he just gets screwed over. That story is way more captivating xD

@Meckastar I find it interesting explain your point. I actually think that establishing a genius fighter stronger than his father himself stronger than his father, with the dilemnia between vengeance and pursuing his mother's wishes. Adding the fact he gets the devil gene makes him a pretty interesting character. And I think Tekken needed a "never loosing fighter" "nor good nor bad". But I'd like to read a detailed answer, I mean I may be biased by the fact T3 was my 1st game and Jin 1st perso
