The body uses less energy when its grounded.
Grounding is an important tool to heal your body because it provides stabilizing and a way to release unwanted energies. It enables you to feel safe, comfortable and relaxed. It allows you to be aware of being in the NOW. When you are grounded, others feel more comfortable around you and you begin to feel more at peace in your life.
Your grounding cord acts like a lightening rod and allows stuck energy to follow the path of least resistance. It allows energy to be released to the center of the planet and earth works as a recycling center.
Ground yourself throughout the day, at home, at work, before bed, walking, standing, driving, working, showering, on the phone, situations, rooms, watching TV, shopping, relieving yourself, washing dishes, walking, working out, traveling, You can ground barking dogs, crying babies, technology, your phone, conversations, and situations.
And, ground other people too. Notice if they notice you! Why not ground those annoying people talking loudly on their cell phones. You are giving them room to heal themselves and be present. You cant hurt anyone by grounding them. Have fun.
If you have pain in your body, create an Auxiliary Grounding cord to your main grounding to assist in release of pain in the body by imaging another cord from the point of pain, connect to the main grounding cord. Grounding can be a Tube, tree trunk, light beam, waterfall, roots, USB connection, rope etc. Use your imagination.
Grounding Exercise:
•Close your eyes stay focused.
•Create a mental image of a line of energy between the base of your spine and the center of the Earth.
•Imagine an electric cord grounding you to the center of earth.
•Secure this grounding cord at the base of your spine.
•Notice your breathing.
•Using the gravitational pull of the planet start to discharge foreign or stuck energy from your body and aura.
•Notice how your body feels while grounding. See the stuck energy draining out of you and into the Earth.
•Practice this daily, in or out of meditation. Any time. Any place.
The more you ground yourself the happier and better you feel.
