what do you like about the KLR over the 650r???.........i own a 650r and of course i have found nothing wrong with it

The KLR is average at just about everything. Commuting, expressway cruising, canyon carving and offroad use. I got the KLR so I can do more offroad riding, but still be able to tour long distance. Also, I still have my 650r.

Good job finding that camp site again ... in the dark! Did you enter it as a waypoint the first time you were there?

I did, but I didn't follow the GPS unless I had to. I ended up recognizing the area.
