landry jones is a good qb but that has nothing to do w/ the video. and if you say matt barkley's not that good, just remember he's on the field while you're on the computer. you'd be a great armchair quarterback.

Hope you got your bags packed, it's a long trip to Miami Matt.

Matt Barkley will be a beast if he goes tot he right system.
I'm not too sure about USC's QBS. Most of them that drafted into the NFL(1st RD) are bust or end up as back up. Matt Linear( got beated for his job by Kurt Warner and then by a free agent QB which i dont even know his name LOL then finally was let go), Mark Sanchez (still a starter but he's a AVG QB at best), Carson Palmer(Had one good year 2006 and down hill from there). however, i'll take him in 2nd round since there is high reward vs low risk.

You can't expect all these QB entering the league to to be the next Tom Brady or Peyton Manning. Statistically it's not possible. And why so critical of USC's QBs? Name one other school that has had FOUR QB starters at any point this season. You completely downplay the reality, the NFL is a tough business; the chances for success are stacked against you, no matter what round pick you are or what college you played for. If you're a starter, that's an accomplishment on its own.

@CaliforniasGold certain position. Like if im looking for a defensive players, chances are i will look into the SEC. The SEC has a track record of producing top defensive guys. They are stacked with top defensive players. Not so much in QB. Your not going to get a another Peyton Manning out of the SEC for a very long time. See my point, and the track record for USC of QBs isnt looking great so far. So I will take a grain of salt with whatever the media say about any USC QBs. Not BC i hate USC.

I see where you come from, but have you evaluated *other* schools' production of QBs in sending them to the NFL? The problem is it's hard to find others who've sent as many QBs into the NFL as USC has in the last decade, so when they don't perform it's easy to assume they're all overrated. I think it's an unfair assessment because you ignore the other schools who don't send in any QBs, which is worse. If you looked at another team, you'd find fault if you look deep enough.
