This is a video from a demonstration we did last year. It was the first ever demonstration team competition held at a USA Taekwondo National Championships and we recieved 1st place. It was a great experience for us because it was also our first time demonstrating in a competition. Since this demo, we've been competing in any demo team competition we find and doing many more demonstrations to spread the art of taekwondo. We went back to Nationals in 2011 and places 1st for the second year in a row. Please watch both videos and let us know what you think we improved on and what you enjoyed.
