I tried to follow along just for the heck of it, and it did nothing to improve my ability at the Shim Sham. I then decided to look and see if there were any sort of tutorials, and after finding this, all I can say is thanks a bunch. This really REALLY helped me out and now I don't think I'll be making a fool of myself on the dance floor any more. You guys rock!!! Love~Grace. <3

There's a swing dancing club back at the place where I live that I go to with my friends. I had taken lessons before and I knew the basics (and then some) of swing dancing, but I never managed to formally learn the Shim Sham because my teacher (who happens to run the said club) never tought it to the class until after I left. So every time the dancers at the club lined up to do the Shim Sham, I felt like an unlearned idiot. (See next comment.)
