    like i said, i get it, i just find him annoying, and i also find that i wish he wasn't there simply to give the other cast members more screen time, the show would be SO much better :D

    His antics are definitely immature. Tracy even says "the guy didn't make sense for 7 straight seasons". They are obviously poking fun at the erratic nature of celebrities, that is why he's so retarded in the show. It's hilarious.

    oh no i agree, if i were a business person i would say "yeah sure get him in, we need the 3-14 age group to like the show as well" so i totally get why he's there. just saying i think he's the worst.

    This scene is brilliantly funny. Tracy is much thinner back then. It's crazy what 7 years of TV does to a person. He still looks good now though.
