When celebrities decide to go under the knife - or its slightly less invasive younger brother, the laser - they usually keep it under wraps and avoid going public with any information related to the kind of work they had done. Not Kim Kardashian, though. The reality TV star and socialite has turned her epic journey into the realms of laser cellulite treatment into a topic for one of the episodes of her TV show, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians", and has shared her experience with the world via her own personal blog. Apparently, Kim got tired of posing as a perfectly groomed celebrity whose flawless skin - thighs included - is "all-natural" and documented her trip to the American Laser Center, admitting that she sought a little help in her struggle against cellulite.

Kim admitted she considered getting the VelaShape cellulite reduction and body-shaping treatments when she decided to prepare a special one-year anniversary present for her boyfriend and pose for a calendar designed exclusively for him.
