i was scared when i got the vibration it was like an electric shock running through every pore of my body.when eventually did it i looked in my mirror at my own reflection. i was fascinated to see myself as looking young again even though i was 40 at the time i even has short blond hair . i am bald.which goes to prove we dont actually age in spirit. i was very alone in my other travels and didnt come across any others. roll on the next experience

Btw it might seem like i contradicted myself but the sleep paralysis episodes i had, though incredibly vivid and often disturbing, were too similar to a dream or nightterror for me to believe in the possiblility of another realm. Astral projection however was completely different, its hard to describe but it made me think there could be another plain out there. And i try to be sceptical and unbiassed even though i would love there to be another plain, i dont know and dont pretend i do.

Sigh. Realm of demons... What you were experiencing sounds like sleep paralysis, i used to have episodes like that and though you do see strange things during those episodes they are hallucinations auditory, or otherwise. I had my first astral projection experience a few days ago and i agree, i couldnt distinguish it from reality except the way i moved, floating. Im very interested to know if it is another plain of existance like so many claim and not just power of the mind..

@LuffyWanted Don't do it. I tried to do it, and when I went into a trance, I heard voices, like demonic ones, laughing, I saw weird things, felt vibrations, etc... DO NOT do it! It's a realm for demons. Just stick to the Teachings of Christ and you will be fine. God Bless.

my mom told me about ap. and an ekspirience she had when she was younger, some friends convised her. she went into ap and she saw she ws swimming in a huge sea with endless dark bottom and very very low from the surface, she.. was swimming nekst to a huge wall of skulls high as the surface , bottomless. when she woke up her friend described to my mom wat my mom had seen. she was terrified and shocked. that was the first and last time she did it. this story scares me to my very soul.
