@blueskiesbrowneyes Don't quote me but..I think 'Coma' was his baby! I just had to throw that in as he does write..but not to confuse me as a Slash supporter or whatever..I am a big supporter of he boyz from the Greater Surrounding Chicago Metropolitan Areas! (Ind,IL, Mich,WI,/ The Great Lakes areas etc.) Nevertheless, it's no secret that Izzy & Axl were a phonemically talented writing team! Slash is an equally talented guitarist but not nearly on the same intellect as they! are ;) ;-D ;)

Axl and Izzy wrote GNR's greatest hits. slash did not write a SINGLE hit alone.
NR, Dont Cry, You Could be Mine, Estranged, Yesterdays- all songs with strong Axl imprints.
Izzy said that Slash deliberately turned down the volume on his guitars in the mix to dominate GNR's guitar sound. what a "team player".ha!

@GNRritz88ROCKS, the problem with people like u is that theyre so busy worshiping slash that they become blind to the facts.
neither of the songs u mentioned were written by slash alone. they were collaborations with Axl playing a very important role.
infact, slash has admitted that he was severely opposed to SCOM & it was Axl who made a song out of it. the only reason SCOM even exists is because Axl made it happen - slash, duff & steven are all on record for having opposed it very hard.
