If you woke up from your fairy tale you'd realize the guy who was robbing did it out of love for his starving family. If you put yourself in his shoes you'd understand.
He mailed $50 and an apology letter to the store owner, thanking him for saving his life. The robber apparently has a job and his family is healthy once more.
It's not WHAT we do that makes us criminals, it's why we do it.
Put yourself in the "criminals" shoes. If you had a starving family, perhaps almost dead from starvation, and you REALLY loved your family... you'd be robbing humble store owners with a bat yourself.
It's not a fairy tale of a world we live in, that's simply reality.
The so called "criminal" sent an apology letter to the owner + $50 thanking him for saving his life. Now he has a job and his family is doing ok. :)
Because it was caught on security cameras. So he's just giving the cops a head's up not prosecute the man for it.
