"勒谐",是劳动的歌舞。人们在进行铲土、打夯、垛麦等劳动时,顿足为节,连臂踏歌,边唱边配合手中的动作,歌声与劳动工具击打声,及脚腿的有节奏动作,配合协调,使得劳动成了边歌边舞的形式。
Sakya Monastery is an important old Buddhist monastery of the Sakya school 128 kilometres west of Shigatse in the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. Founded in 1073, by the powerful noble family of the Tsang its strong abbots governed Tibet during the whole of the 13th century after the downfall of the kings. Sakya meaning "land of gray and white," that is the color of the local soil.

Originally built as a cave into the mountainside, it was funded in 1268 by Kublai Khan to be developed into a new magnificent monastery across the river, a site which remained a secular and religious centre in Tibet for almost a century.
